What is movement coaching and what happens in a session?

Movement coaching is personal training focused on functional movement patterns for building a mobility, strength and endurance for everyday life. Everyone's sessions will look different depending on the goals and needs, however Robyn offers holistic movement training which includes mindfulness, strength, mobility and nutrition.

 Location for private training

Robyn primarily offers her sessions in South Seattle, and the U- district depending on clients location, as well as on ZOOM for those who want to train from anywhere.

For South Seattle Clients: She offers sessions in a studio space in beacon hill

OR outside during the Summer for those who want some sun.

For North Seattle clients, she offers sessions in studio space near UW campus. 

1 month Trial: Foundations of Functional Strength

This option is a great start to see if we are good fit for further training together. In our first session we will work through a comprehensive functional movement screen to access where in your movement patterns need some support.  The next two sessions will be tailored to what we found in our movement screen and/or your personal goals and interests. Whether you're striving to improve strength, boost flexibility, enhance endurance, or simply find balance within yourself.

12 Session Pack 

 This option is for those who are ready to invest in themselves and in their change. You may use these 12 sessions however you'd like - some choose 1, 2 or 3X a week. I take the time to identify your goals, and help to create programming and training for you that builds consistency, increases your strength, mobility and depending on your goals we work together to get you to where you want to be.

12 Week Transformational movement program

 This option is for those who are ready and committed to TRASFORMATION of body and mind. I work with you to develop a comprehensive 3 month program that moves you from where you are to where you want to be. This includes programming for when we aren't together including resources such a videos and manuals. If you are ready to make big changes in the relationships t to both your body, to exercise and want support along the way - this option is for you.
