Kickstart your year with this movement-based workshop (all levels of movement welcome). Start with mindful movement practices and Ayurvedic principles for Spring, guided by Dhyana, followed by an exploration of womb wisdom with Robyn. Robyn will draw from the menstrual cycle and the Red School’s teachings to help us access our inner wisdom. We’ll close with a nature-inspired practice to deepen your connection to this blooming season. Robyn will lead us on an embodiment journey to discover our inner seasons and the lessons they hold.
