Functional Strength Training
Through the use of ancient practice and modern wisdom, we will train together to increase our endurance, stamina and strength to be able to not only handle but to flow in life with greater ease, less pain and stronger bodies. 12 weeks of structured strength training with Steel Mace, Myosicaial release and Yoga. We will move together weekly, be coached privatly and hold eachother up as we face and move past our obstavles to getting strong.

Somatics
We will dive deep into the world of the “felt sense” , into developing deeper self regulation through understanding the nervous system, finding the ways in which our capacity is limited and then somatically expanding our capacity to hold and experience more. We are using somatics in a variety of ways through methods both passed down from generations, to having the space to cultivate our own path through intuition, community support and deep listening.

Women's Wellness
We are centering the unique female body as our foundation of creating wellness. Through working with the 3 centers of the female body - WOMB- BELLY-HEART. We will explore practices, both from ancient traditions (used all around the world - forgotten by modern medicine) as well as educate and practice what society does not give us. By cultivating deeper connection to these places within us- we can create greater harmony but in our inner and outer lives.

Meet Your Guide + Coach
Robyn holds many hats. Movement Coach/ Somatic movement facilitator/ Personal Trainer/Yoga instructor By DAY and Birth Doula by night. She has spent the last 10 years studying the human body, movement, women’s wellness, birth and postpartum healing from a holistic lens. She holds hundreds of hours worth of movement certifications, holds a B.A. in dance + Phycology, is a certified birth doula and postpartum wellness practitioner. On the side, she farms, cultivates her friendships with her closest girlfriends and frolics in nature. She believes fully that through movement, connection, nature and wellness we can create a world where everyone can thrive.

No! This program is built for any fitness level, beginner to someone who regularly exercises. You will be learning Steel Mace Conditioning drills as well as bodyweight and Yoga.

You will need to purchase 1 steel mace (7llbs) , have a yoga mat and a few myofascial release balls. You will receive special additions for your self care rituals in the mail once signing up for this program.

This program is designed for women/ female bodied humans, navigating different life stages - pre conception, yes prenatal, post partum (after 3 months of birth) perimenopause or menopausal women.
