✺ VESSEL Tending ✺
Postpartum Re-Emergence
A guided return to strength, self-trust, and embodied life after birth.
This is not a “recovery program” — this is a re-awakening of your body, mind, identity, and rhythm as you step into life after having a baby.
✧ WHO THIS IS FOR
This is for women who have given birth and are done with feeling:
Disconnected from their body
Burnt out, depleted, unseen
Like their identity disappeared after birth
Like strength feels distant or unreachable
Like wellness is always an uphill battle
This is NOT about “fixing your body.”
It’s about reclaiming your embodied self after one of life’s biggest thresholds.
This is for you if you want:
✔ Strength without force
✔ Regulation over exhaustion
✔ Ritual + embodiment over busy recovery
✔ Safety in your body again
✔ A way back into life that feels like you
This is not just fitness.
It’s postpartum re-emergence.
This is for women who know that what they need after birth goes far beyond workouts or recovery timelines.
This work is about restoring capacity — in your body, your nervous system, and your sense of self — so you can move through life again with trust and strength.
Rather than focusing on fixing or forcing change, we expand your capacity through three integrated practices:
-

Embodied Strength
Strength that rebuilds trust rather than overrides your body.
You’ll develop:
functional, postpartum-appropriate strength
confidence in movement again
the ability to meet daily life without depletion
This is strength as capability, not punishment.
-

Nervous System & Somatic Tending
Practices that restore safety, regulation, and presence.
You’ll learn:
how to listen to your body’s signals
how to regulate stress and fatigue
how to move from sensation rather than expectation
This is how we rebuild a body that feels like home again.
-

Cyclical Women’s Wellness
Care that honors postpartum as a rite of passage — not a phase to rush through.
You’ll explore:
hormonal and energetic rhythms
nourishment, rest, and integration
identity shifts and emotional tending
This is wellness as relationship, not rules.
