Through custom strength and conditioning programming, I help women build functional strength and vitality using kettlebells, steel mace, bodyweight, and breath. You'll learn to train smart and move well—while weaving in mindset coaching, nutrition support, and mindfulness tools that keep you grounded and on track.

Session Options:
1:1 Training — private coaching tailored entirely to you
Semi-Private Training — train alongside one other person in an intimate, focused setting
All sessions take place in my small studio space in Renton — a calm, intentional environment designed with women in mind. New moms are especially welcome here: babies under 2 are always welcome to come along.
Available in-person (Renton) or online. Includes a custom program and ongoing support.
