From Lisa, “ In our prenatal appointments we aligned on a birthing position, breathing techniques and the birth plan and Robyn was a great help in guiding me through these practices as well as talking me through the process in her calming voice that I am so used to from the previous yoga practices. This was in particular helpful as the doctors had no time to read my birth plan and thus did not act along my preferences. Robyn helped me speak up for my desires for me which was the strongest reason for me to have a doula. I am grateful that she also caught the moment on camera and took a bunch of previous pictures of my little family. Post partum, Robyn was an Angel! Robyn is an angle! She came to visit me twice which we aligned ahead of time (4 days and 2 weeks pp). She brought be delicious food and drinks which helped my healing process and a several pages long cooking Print-out with all kind of receipts to guide me through those intense first months :) Checking in with her and taking through my mental state and how things are going was so helpful! I requested for the second visit a meditation as my mental state shifted and I got more worked up and found myself at night spinning negative thoughts. We went on a walk and sat down for a meditation and some breathing as well as timiden today how to make room during the day for some dedicated 10-15 minutes for myself. This helped me to not loose myself and ensure I am taking care of my physical and mental health. As she said:”You can only fill the cup if your baby if your cup is full!”

From Anna, “Robyn has a special way of creating a safe, relaxing and tranquil atmosphere in our Wednesday night yoga classes. It’s a perfect way to leave the stress and anxiety of the day behind and engage fully in different typical yoga movements as well as practicing some new ways of stretching with e.g., straps, tennis balls or blankets and blocks. She incorporates movements that target specific areas mentioned by the class participants at the beginnt which makes for a unique experience that’s tailored to provide relief for everyone’s tensed muscles. Thanks to Wednesday Yoga I practiced breathing techniques early on that helped me through all stages of labor and the actual birth stage”.
