This 8-week movement and lifestyle program will teach you everything you need to know about how to step into flow, make movement meaningful and functional and create a physical practice that works FOR you:

PROGRAM DESIGN: Learn how to train 

This program is not a one-size-fits-all solution. It has been designed as an eight-week journey, with each week building upon the last. As you progress through the program, you'll find that complexity is introduced in a gradual and manageable way, ensuring you are continuously challenged and inspired.
  • How to apply recovery based training into your weekly practice
  • Learn the very basics on training with a steel mace for functional fitness
  • Have a road map of practices to do each week to hit your goals

You’ll finish these 8 weeks with system of self care practices - no more randomized workouts or going to the gym and not knowing what to do or why.

 At home workouts and online classes

Start your journey at home. No fancy gyms or equipment needed:
  • Online Course portal - access to all workouts so you can do them at your own pace and schedule
  • 1X a week online LIVE zoom class - to introduce our physical focus of week
  • Personalized program Manual - including tracking pages, success work and detailed plan to achieve your goals

You’ll finish this program with new skills in movement (STEEL MACE fundamentals) and a road map of where to go next in your training.

Community and Accountability

Meeting live and connecting with the co-hort to keep you accountable:

I'm Robyn!

After years of back pain and feeling tired of not being able to dance and move in the way that I wanted, I turned to fitness to start to identify where I needed strength and deeper function. Finding Steel Mace Vinyasa an developing my awareness of bio mechanics Ive transformed my physical practice to include functional fitness and wholistic wellness to feeling no more back pain and getting to dance every day with out pain.

My Intention is to offer tools for transformation, empowerment and deep wellness  that you can take with you to feel good in your body-mind-heart.
