  • Four Private Movement Sessions: (85$ Each) Benefit from one-on-one guidance and support during four private sessions (I am a Certified NASM personal trainer, specializing in functional strength and movement). These sessions will focus on refining your technique, maximizing performance, and ensuring your program aligns perfectly with your needs.

  • At-Home Support and Resources: (120$ Value) Stay motivated and empowered with access to a library of instructional videos and tracking tools. The at-home support system is designed to keep you accountable and engaged, to support you in the creation of a new habit that is sustainable and fun! :)


Who is this for?:

I tend to work with: Women who either practice yoga, dance or go for walks as their movement practice but want to get STRONG and feel functional in their bodies. I specialize in helping those who struggle with chronic back pain, or who want to improve posture and increase energy levels.  I work with women who have busy lives (kids, careers) and maybe cant be at the gym (or who don't enjoy the gym) for 1-2 hours a day but who CRAVE to create a fitness and wellness habit that is sustainable, enjoyable and meaningful and that they can do mostly from home!
